Krásny prvý deň v novom roku.
Dávate si novoročné predsavzatia?
S manželom máme tradíciu spraviť si zoznam novoročných predsavzatí spolu, čo by sme si chceli počas roka splniť, nadobudnúť. Ja si robím aj svoje osobné predsavzatia, v čom by som sa chcela zlepšiť a čo by som chcela dokázať. Máme na ne založený vlastný zošit, kde si ich píšeme. Je to taká chvíľka snívania a kreativity.
Poznáte nástenku cieľov? Robievate si ju alebo ste ešte o tom nepočuli?
Je pekné na chvíľu si sadnúť, zasnívať sa a nájsť obrázky vecí ktoré by sme v tom roku chceli zažiť alebo získať. Nalepiť si to na nejaký väčší papier alebo pripnúť na korkovú tabuľu. Podľa mňa je to skvelá vec pre každého, kto tomu verí. Niesú to len obyčajné obrázky nalepené na papieri, sú to naše sny, ktoré si vieme pritiahnuť do nášho života. Je to veľmi osobná vec a preto by si ju mal vidieť len ty a hlavné je mať ju stále na očiach. Takže si ju zaves niekde do izby, tam kde sa najčastejšie pozeráš, pretože čím častejšie ju uvidíš tým budeš mať väčšiu motiváciu ísť si za tým.
Je úžasné vidieť na konci roka čo z toho sa nám splnilo a o to väčšiu motiváciu mám na d'alší rok.

Beautiful first day of the new year. Do you have any New Year's resolutions?
My husband and I have a tradition of making a list of New Year's resolutions together, what we would like to make during the year. I also make my personal resolutions, what I would like to do better and what I would like to achieve. It's such a moment of dreaming and creativity.
Do you know the vision board? Are you doing it or you haven't heard of it yet?
It's nice to sit down for a while, dream and find pictures of things which we would like to experience or get this year. Stick it on some larger paper or pin it on a cork board. I think it's a great thing for anyone who believes in it and goes after their dreams. It's not just ordinary pictures pasted on paper, it's our dreams that we can draw into our lives. It is a very personal thing and only you should see it and the main thing is to keep it all the time on sight. So hang it somewhere in your room, where you look most often. When often you see it, you'll be have more motivation to go for it.
It is amazing to see at the end of the year what has been fulfilled for us and I am more motivated for the next year.
